Weird dreams anyone?

Well, I just had a completely epic dream... where I died. No idea what killed me in the dream, but I got to go home before I left. Actually, that's not the first time I've had that kind of dream; when I was seven-or-so, I had a dream about being shot by an exploding bullet and somehow ended up in a strange pseudo-reality where grass was made of crystals (I have no idea...).

Anyway, before I left, I somehow set a fan to play Vale Decem, which played through the rest of the dream as I walked into oblivion. Best death sequence I've ever had in a dream

I had some dream where a friend and I were about to fight some massive dragon, and in the dream I had the urge to kiss the guy before marching off to battle, in case I died I guess.

Then there was another one where I stood at the top of a waterfall and there were a lot of dead dolphins at the bottom. One was dying, and he told me he was the last of his pod. Some tiny music piece that's a mixture of a song from Airplane, part of the "young and naive" scene's score in MOM and just some other composition. Last thing I remember was pushing a bus into the water so Ecco (as I named the dolphin, after the game) could get in until someone could get him out, but I didn't see if he survived. Got me all emotional for no explainable reason. I'm like in MOM.

Last night I had a nightmare that I was stalked by Slender man. Every time I encountered him, he would transform into something else. Like first you saw the classic Slender Man, then a shadowy figure, then the spider/Tree branche look. When I woke up, my pet dog was walking on my stomach.

Dreamed that I was getting ready for a convention and was trying to figure out what costume to wear, so I started smearing clay all over myself and somehow came out with a Ridley costume. The clay turned into a rubber-like substance. It was all grey, so I still had to somehow get it painted before I went to the con.

had bad nightmare about Alien and my pet bird Peaches dying. Alien killed me in dream and the Peaches the bird part was brought on by peaches biting her tongue before she went to bed (yeah, she actually bit her tongue)

Okay, I have had another weird Metroid-related dream. And it definitely qualifies as weird.

I was a pony going through another alternate Zebes and killing monsters. But since I was a pony, I had to be more stealthy about it because I was a lot more likely to get hurt. I had to activate different things or something and defeat the bosses (I took out Kraid and actually felt like a winner). At one point, I had gone to an area that was opened up, but I wasn't ready for, so I tried to make a mad dash through with these super strong things coming at me, even "between screens".

I ended up taking so much damage (I had bleeding cuts all over) that I had to go back to the safe zone, and then out to some complex. I was doing something no pony ought, so I tried to hide my wounds by sitting in a class of ponies who were being taught how to handle stitching wounds. But naturally, someone told Princess Celestia on me, so I started running and trying to hide so she wouldn't find me. But I ran into a dead end after running into my sister, Angela (who was apparently rebuilding some unfortunate man who lost his body so he could have a proper funeral or something in a morgue like area mixed with futuristic cyber whatnot), and I got trapped between them and the Princess was about to chew me out for being reckless.

I was all like "But.. I took out Kraid! With THIS!" and I swung around this tiny dagger.

I am both amused and just a little frightened that Ponies have finally happened in my dreams. And somehow blended with Metroid. Which is a little frightening.

Just the fact that fucking PONIES appeared in your dreams makes you a terrifying person to even talk to. FUCKING PONIES!!!

On topic, I had one where my Highlander team and I were playing TF2 against Ridley. He's a goddamn Saxton Hale!

It's the only dream I've ever had that was ponies. That's what made it weird.



I totally did this, though. Personality quiz put me as Twilight Sparkle, and my girlfriend got Rainbow Dash, so this was entirely too appropriate. But I texted her instead of calling.

[Mecha Ridley 2.0]

I have had many strange dreams of all kinds, war, natural disaster, monsters, alien invasion. Common things in my dreams are roller coaster like freeways, cars driving themselves, huge grotesque insects. Countries, planets and the universe not being like they are in real life. I even had two dreams where at one point I was one of ridley's forms, little birdie and a chicken=sized meta ridley stumbling around in my parents astro van on said freeways, and then having a party at this place with 20 foot tall bar stools before getting upset at my dad for some unknown reason and waking up kicking the blinds of my window next to my bed, not one dream is grounded in reality in the slightest with me.

I had one that I was in silent hill and had to deal with bullshit puzzles since I was afraid to get cuts by rusty metal everywhere. Then, I had one where I got my fiancee knocked up and she died during child birth.

Dreamed last night that my mother sold my grandfather's '67 Cougar in a garage sale for $650. I yelled at her, demanding to know what the hell was wrong with her that she sold such a beautiful car, and even at that, for such a small price.

Told my mom about the dream and she laughed and said "I wouldn't ever do that."

I had a peculiarawesome dream last night. I was apparently at some sort of convention (scifi oriented) and caught a glimpse of the trailer for a new Incredible Hulk movie. The Hulk was inexplicably large (Godzilla-sized) and Loki was trying to hatch a scheme to stop him. This scheme involved summoning great warriors from the future to fight the Hulk: Boba Fett, Jango Fett, and some other dude.
My dream-state brain has no qualms about mixing franchises all willy-nilly. But it was totally awesome.
