I personally want to see part 5. It'll show some bits if the movie is still planned

actually, there IS Metroid Metal in it. The end of the second one contains various bits from different songs.
It is also in the ending of part 3.
In video 4, you can hear the metroid 1 escape track at approx. 9:46. Near 11:13, you can hear the Crateria theme

Are they going to talk about Zero Mission in part five?

I just think it's hilarious how much they ganked off the MDb. Without asking a single person for it. You can tell they took all the art from the Super Metroid section and just zoomed up on it so you can't see the watermark in the corner... And as already mentioned, they ganked Metroid Metal... i really wonder if they're going to put credits in the last part, but i HIGHLY doubt it.

Are those art exclusive to MDB. I mean, if those are official arts, then other people can have them. It's just a possibility.

It’s not the artwork itself, that was officially released by Nintendo. But TJ rearranged it into collages, and it is very clear from the placement of the creatures and such that those collages are the images they are using.

More art theft, this time the e-manga fan translation. But YES, there ARE credits fot that, Metroid Metal, & the MDb! Though I am sure you would rather they had at least asked first.

Yeah, but y'know, that art doesn't belong to the MDb, per se. It just happens to be available from there. But yeah, it would have been cool for them to at least send us an FYI or something.
More importantly, I hope they got permission from Stemage ahead of time for using the Metroid Metal tracks. He probably doesn't mind (since at least he's credited, and it's great publicity).
I would've been pretty chapped if they didn't credit anybody by the end of part 5.

The art doesn’t belong to the MDb, and the music doesn’t belong to Stemage. But they did create and make available the arrangements used.

If they're the tracks he MADE, then they're still his property. The source material may be Nintendo's but the music he made is his.

I don’t know a lot about copyright law, but I don’t think that’s exactly true. If someone records a cover of a song, they don’t have a right to profit from it without a license from the holder of the copyright. Otherwise, claims of stealing songs would have no legal ground.
