Re: Super Smash Bros. DSThe DS probably has the power to run Super Smash Bros (DSi moreso than the original/Lite) but there's the problem of "No analogue stick" to deal with. That means no easy-use Smash attacks, no running/walking (unless normal and "smash" movements are done with double-taps, like Kirby games) and it'd have to be very cut-down to be able to work smoothly. I'm really doubting it'll be made until Nintendo make a handheld capable of doing such a thing.

Re: Super Smash Bros. DSI don't believe it will be happening. The DS can never keep up to the high standards the people at Nintendo allways put up for their SSB games. Besides the creator from SBB, which name is currently not on my mind, said it would be the last SSB he will create. So I don't believe other people will continue the series and certainly not so soon after Brawl, looking at the time area between all games.

Re: Super Smash Bros. DS Hmm... I think they might be able to pull off like 10 - 15 characters in a DS version of SSB, But it might be laggy and the stages would be pretty small if they want to cramp in alot of stuff so yea... Its going pretty far to actually make a SSB game for the DS |

Re: Super Smash Bros. DSIDK, it might be more like the original game. IDK if they can handle all the characters from smash. I know there has been a homebrewed version of the game, but characters are 16/32 bit

Re: Super Smash Bros. DS3ds can easily handle brawl, does that mean it should be on that system? id rather not, where the whole game is based on reflexes and proper timing, to be judging this on a screen thats like 20 times smaller then most tvs is simply blashphemy.
Btw, my opinion is law, fact. if you disagree you disagree, i aint huntin you down ![]() |
