Um...where did the rumor that ALL Phazon is gone come from?

Not that I don't like Phazon/Prime or anything, but I'm quite ready for a new game that has nothing to do with it. (Other M)

Needless to say, I'll be picking up Metroid Prime Trilogy on the day of release.

i personnaly think all phazon is gone, be cause not only did phaaze go boom, but all those space pirate ships over phaaze had a great deal of phazon in their structure, causing them to desintergrate. now, why would the ship desintergrate, even before the planet explods? also, food for thought, what do you think happened to all the PED troopers? did they desintergrate or end up like the ones on the Vallhalla, or did the suits just not work anymore?

Their suits would have likely stopped working. They just have a backpack of Phazon, as opposed to the Pirate's ships that are completely infused with Phazon.

It's true though. I have not even touched wikitroid with my real theories, and I have not editted any of the main pages with any theory material. If I did add in speculation under DragonTetra, I would say it's a possibility. Someone put up that Phaaze's explosion meant the end of Phazon though on wikitroid, when that is just a speculated meaning of what the narrator says in the ending.

I'm pretty sure that a few users took all of that down months ago.

Not entirely sure where the rumour started, but again the MPT art insert confirms what might have been fan theory:

After their [Dark Samus & AU313] destruction, Phaaze dies and all the Phazon in the universe ceases to exist. The Phazon evaporates from Samus's body.

So, yeah.

Phazon is definitely gone from the universe. Phaaze, its source, exploded and we saw things with Phazon in it disintegrate, so I don't see how it's possible that any amount of it survived (except for maybe the red version, what caused that to happen?).
