2_05 - Chozo Warrior

This tube extending from the mouth of the chozo is equipped when
the Chozo Warrior is in battle.
The bit portion that goes into the tube leads to a skin pouch.

Various aromatic herbs and stimulating seeds are put inside the
pouch; when the Chozo smells these, they will enhance his
fighting mood.

The images are such low resolution, it is impossible to make out anything unless you can read without having to pull a dictionary. The images seem self-explanatory, but if you know any native Japanese interested in at least transcribing the text, this would make it easier.

Anyone else think it's kinda funny that they toyed around with giving Zero Suit Samus heels?

Ok, here is my translation of the big text block. This is really cool because it says the Chozo were able to do all the things that Samus could do with her power-ups. Gray Voice and Old Bird (or some other Chozo) probably realized this and created powerups for the suit that would do these sorts of things.

When the Chozo developed from their ancient form, each race's characteristic physical abilities were enhanced.
Each member of the various tribes had the astonishing abilities to perform quick movements while running, leap high in the air, and have flexible bodies that can uniquely transform into a sphere. These abilities contributed greatly to the prosperity of the Chozo culture.
The various powerup items Samus gains contain the physical abilities the ancient Chozo excelled at.
The sleep of Reason produces monsters.

Thanks for tranlsating. That's some awesome stuff to hear and confirms my theories that they didn't just make these power-ups for her suit alone and shows that her suits technically isn't one of a kind (though the manga confirmed that). now if only we could find that staff/shooter in the game; though it wouldn't need to a shooter since they incorporated that into his arm canon.

It didn't say it let them breathe in space. It said it increased their fighting mood. So more like steroids than a breathing apparatus.

Got help from my friend to translate the sketches (I wasn't going to even TRY to read those squiggles!). Anyway, all the art is up now with English edited over it. Check it out.
