This looks shoped. It really does. Mr. Saturn sprite seems to have larger pixels than everything around him. I really wish this was real, I just like doubting things.

That is something very easy to Photoshop indeed. But the pixel size doesn't mean much, since an 8-bit sprite like that can be increased in size so that many regular pixels result one 8-bit pixel.

Though it does seem pretty fake... Too bad we don't have any Brawl ripper at the MDb to check.

I did notice that someone in the comments checked one. The large pixels are presumably on purpose.
