Well we do know that there is 9 more ranks to fill (unless they add more), Anthony Higgs might be one.
I'm guessing Samus will be the last and final rank, but I have my doubts because of what Lazarius addressed. It's already an admin rank.

Here is my guessament: (not in any partial order)

Metroid Prime, Emperor Ing, Dark Samus, SA-X, Admiral Dane, Adam Malkovich, Chozo (Old Bird), Armstrong Houston or Anthony Higgs, and Samus Aran.

A long time ago, Infinity's End confirmed there is an Emperor Ing rank, but it would take years for someone to reach it. But that was about two years ago, so who knows?

Ima guess it is the next rank and if you put all your spam bots on you can hit it in a couple of days.
