Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread! But the Lightbringer does damage you, if you touch him. One enemy does no damage to Samus, even if you touch it...

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread!Prime had Regular Space Pirates, Shadow Pirates, Beam Troopers (x4), Flying Pirates, Aqua Pirates, Elite Pirates, the Omega Pirate, and the Phazon Elite. That makes 11 by my count. 12 if you count Ridley.
Echoes had Pirate Troopers, Pirate Grenadiers, Pirate Aerotroopers, and Commando Pirates. 4 or 6 if you include Dark Variants. Corruption had Militia, Troopers, Aerotroopers, Berserker Lords, Berserker Knights, Pirate Hussar, Commandos, and the Pirate Commander. 8 base varieties, not including Advanced and Armored and such because without it, THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. Including armor brings up a grand total of 20, plus 1-2 if you count Ridley. ![]() |

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread!2. How many different beams are there in the Prime Trilogy?
Lemme name them... * Power beam * Charge beam * Ice beam * Plasma beam * Wave beam * Dark beam * Light beam * Phazon beam (hyper-mode) 8 beams total I believe. I'm NOT including the missile-beam combo because I don't think it should count. |

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread! What about that crazy green one in Corruption?

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread!
;w; I don't remember that... I need to play it again. |

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread!
Its the Nova beam, and in echoes you also have the Annihilator beam |

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread!@ChozoChild, those were the initial questions. The set you wanna answer is on the previous page, towards the bottom. I update questions in my posts in this thread, rather than updating the OP every time...sorry for the inconvenience...
@Squeenguin, that's correct for the Pirate question, I'm pretty sure, for Corruption. Prime and Echoes need some tweaking, though... I'm the famous BRSTM maker on Smashboards.

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread! If you count the Beam Troopers as 1 type of Pirate, then Prime has 8, not including Ridley.
Echoes has only 4 types. If Dark Pirate Troopers and Dark Pirate Commandos are included, it's 6. (Note that although Preeds and their Dark counterparts are listed under Pirates, I do not consider them as such. If you do, however, then the answer for Echoes is also 8.) ![]() |

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread!
Ok, you fixed your post, then, I swear you didn't say Omega Pirate...yeah, those are right. Technically, Preeds are considered Pirates, but I won't hold that against you, cause that's dumb I'm the famous BRSTM maker on Smashboards.

Re: The Metroid Prime Trilogy Trivia Thread!1. Prime and Echoes have three different types of Metroids. True or False? Name them
If you mean three different types of Metroids in each of their own game, rather than the entire trilogy in toto, true. Metroid Prime: Metroid, Hunter Metroid, Fission Metroid, and Metroid Prime. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes: Infant Metroid, Tallon Metroid, and Dark Metroid. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption: Miniroid, Phazon Metroid, Hopper Metroid, and Metroid Hatcher. 2. How many different beams are there in the Prime Trilogy? There are 11 beams in the trilogy. These are as follows:
The first five are in Metroid Prime. The next three are in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. While the Plasma Beam does appear again in Corruption, essentially it is still the Plasma Beam, and therefore does not count as an extra beam. About the Hyper Beam, while it is the Phazon Beam, it is called "Hyper Beam" in Corruption, and it doesn't function the same way. 3. Every Prime has a Super Metroid song in it True or False? Name the songs and the place where they reappear True. In Metroid Prime, the battle with the Parasite Queen is a remix of the Mother Brain theme. The battle with Meta Ridley is also present in Super Metroid. In Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, the theme of Red Brinstar plays when you go down in Torvus Bog where you encounter Preeds. In Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, the Crateria Underground theme plays on the Pirate Homeworld. 4. What dark creature in Echoes (besides the Ing) does not appear in the light world? You are asking for a single dark creature, it seems. Dark Metroids come to mind. 5. Name every planet where you encounter Shriekbats. Tallon IV, Aether, Bryyo, Elysia, and the Pirate Homeworld. There are also some on the GFS Valhalla, but that's not a planet. |
